At Avaniee Jewels, we take pride in crafting distinctive, custom-made jewelry. Each piece is created with precision and care, which means we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Custom Jewelry – Final Sale

For custom-made jewelry, once the Computer-Aided Design (CAD) is approved and production begins, the sale is final. We strongly encourage you to review the CAD design carefully and communicate any changes before approval, as modifications cannot be made once production has started.

Cancelled Orders

Deposits and subsequent payments for cancelled orders are non-refundable. Once production has begun, costs are incurred that cannot be recovered.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a repair or replacement.
