Exchange ONLY Return Policy
Our products undergo
stringent quality control; however some rare instances do occur when
a avanieejewels.com customer is dissatisfied. In these exceptional cases
we allow the customer to EXCHANGE their purchase within a
30-day period of receiving the order so that they can be exchanged or
given a credit of the original purchase amount for a later purchase
excluding related charges such as shipping, handling, insurance, and
bank charges. Please e-mail
us to arrange the exchange of the item(s). We will
email you immediately with clear instructions on how to ship the
item(s) to our office safely.
After an email has been sent to arrange the exchange of your item(s) please adhere to the ensuing conditions:
DO NOT write the words jewelry, diamonds, precious stones, gems, gemstones or any other word that clearly identifies the goods as luxury items. This is to protect the goods from theft during its safe return.
In order for a full exchange to be granted, all items purchased must be returned in their original and unworn condition. "Original and unworn" means that there are no marks, blemishes, scratches, alterations or signs of wear on the item or tag. The original packaging and all paperwork must be returned as well.
Please remember to insure the package for the full paid value. Items damaged due to customer negligence cannot be returned.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Goods are to be returned using insured USPS or any similar insured carrier as directed by us.
Exchanges take approximately ten business days to process upon receipt of item. Once we have received and processed the item(s), you will be notified by e-mail. If you would like to exchange an item received as a gift, please follow the same steps as above. The gift item(s) can only be exchanged with another item of equal and/or of higher value.
